  • FOCO or FICO — what's the difference?

    FOCO (Franchise-Owned, Company-Operated): you fund the store; we run it end-to-end. FICO (Franchise-Invested, Company-Operated): a similar capital partnership with a different revenue-share. Either way, you don't run the day-to-day — we do.

  • Why don't you offer a conventional franchisee-run model?

    Because the new Dumont experience — per-gram pricing, chocolate fountains, topping bars, customisation — needs trained operators running the floor. FOCO and FICO let us scale without compromising consistency.

  • What store formats are available?

    Three: Flagship at 1,200 sq ft, Minus 1 at 800 sq ft, and Kiosk at 400 sq ft. We'll recommend the format based on your site and city after the first conversation.

  • What does the investment look like?

    Investment varies by format and city. We share the full FDD-style document with format-specific economics after our first call.

  • What's included in your support?

    End-to-end. Site selection, store design and build, equipment and kit, hiring and training the on-floor team, weekly cold-chain product supply, and centrally-run marketing including the 21-day flavour calendar. You bring the capital. We run the brand.

  • Do I source ingredients myself?

    No. Every flavour ships from our manufacturing facility on a regular cold-chain schedule. That's what keeps the product consistent across every Dumont — and the kitchen footprint at your store small.
